Buyer questions, answered
Can I get a sample first?
Yes. Samples take about 15 days; we refine until you approve. Bulk production then runs about 45 days for custom metal jewelry and jewelry boxes, or about 25 days for a bead strand.
What is the minimum order?
100 pcs per design for stainless steel jewelry; 500 pcs per color for jewelry boxes.

About 45 days for custom metal jewelry and jewelry boxes; about 25 days for a bead strand. Sampling runs about 15 days first.
Which payments do you accept?
T/T is the default, with a 30% deposit and the balance before shipment. Other methods are only agreed where your own requirements make them necessary. A letter of credit is not something we can process, so please do not build a programme around it.
How do you ship?
Samples go by DHL, FedEx or UPS. Bulk orders go under EXW Shenzhen or DDP, and freight is quoted against the actual carton count and destination port.
What export documents come with the shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or air waybill, and certificate of origin, all issued per order against the batch that is shipping. Name your destination market when you brief us and the list is confirmed before you pay.
Do you protect my designs?
Yes — NDA on request, IP belongs to you, and we do not resell client designs.
Are certifications available?
CE, RoHS and FCC are prepared on request; material test reports are provided.
