These are strung bead bracelets, not cast or stamped metal bracelets. Beads, cord and findings come in as components; stringing, finishing, QC and packaging happen in-house. That is why a new bead style can be strung in about 25 days and why the setup cost for a new style stays low for a small brand. Our stainless steel jewelry line covers the metal end of the range — this page covers the beaded end.
Bead shape, bead size, hole size, cord type and clasp are all yours to specify. In practice a buyer starts from a reference sample or a photo and we quote back against it. If you already have a strand you like, send it: we reproduce the structure and quote your material and volume. The strand in the photos is our current sample: small round beads on stretch cord with a small gold-tone charm, shot in the gold finish. Charms are optional - string the same strand plain, or fit your own charm design.
Why add a bead style to a metal-only line: it opens a second price ladder underneath your existing steel SKUs, the strand category carries its own search demand, and you get a seasonal refresh without a new mould, new tooling or a new plating setup.
What we need to quote: bead material and finish, target strand length, bead count or diameter, cord type, clasp style, your target price band and quantity. That is enough for us to send back a structure, not just a number.
FAQ
What is the minimum order for a bead bracelet? The same 100-piece MOQ as the rest of the jewelry line, calculated per style. Within one style you can mix bead material — for example 60 pieces in 316L and 40 in copper-gold in a single order — because the beading and packaging steps are shared.
Is a beaded bracelet as safe for sensitive skin as a solid steel bracelet? The bead material decides it. Solid 316L beads behave like the rest of our steel line. Stone, copper and plated beads are different materials and we will not describe plated copper as hypoallergenic. How long does a bead bracelet order take? Bead strands are assembly work on stock components, so samples take about 15 days and bulk production runs about 25 days from your approved sample — noticeably shorter than a cast or plated piece.
Can I mix metal beads and stone beads in one strand? Yes — it is the most common request we get once a buyer carries both. Tell us the bead order and ratio and we quote the strand as a single SKU.
Is the charm part of the bracelet? The strand pictured carries a small gold-tone charm as a styling example, and the photos show it in the gold finish. The charm is optional: we can string the same strand plain, or fit your own charm design - say which in the RFQ and we quote it as part of the strand.

How this bead bracelet is verified
- Bead material: built in 316L stainless steel / copper — every bead is checked by eye at incoming QC for colour consistency, hole alignment and surface defects, then re-checked after stringing.
- Treatment disclosure: bead material can be natural or treated (stabilised, dyed or heat-treated). Whichever you order is written on the spec sheet — we do not sell treated stone as untreated.
- Metal parts only: the clasp, end caps and any metal findings are the only metal in the piece and are checked against EN 1811 / EN 12472 nickel-release before shipment (see compliance & testing).
- Cord & construction: elastic or waxed cord is specified by diameter, stretch and knot finish — the cord is a textile, so we spec it but make no metal-free certification claim for it.
