Foldable Jewelry Roll opens flat into a full earring, ring and necklace station, then folds into an envelope and snaps shut for the road. The shell is quilted polyester in a herringbone stitch (shown in navy); inside, a blush-toned lining carries a stud display panel, two snap-closure ring rolls, a zip pocket for watches or chains, and clear pouches that keep bracelets visible and untangled.
Because it folds to a slim pad instead of a rigid box, the roll ships flat, weighs little and suits subscription boxes, travel retail and gift-with-purchase programs.
Material, quilting pattern, lining color, snap finish and logo (embroidery, foil or deboss on a leather badge) are all customizable. Standard MOQ is 500 pieces per style per color; samples take about 15 days after artwork approval, bulk about 45 days.

From our production floor
How it is made. Boxes are built from a cutting die for the shell, then lined, stitched or flocked, and assembled. We own final assembly, QC and export, so a sample and a full order run through the same loop rather than changing hands between suppliers.
What we can customize. What we can customize: shell material (velvet, faux leather, wood, PVC), foam insert layout, logo print or foil, zipper pull and ribbon. Mixed materials are possible within one style.
What to send us. Send us a reference sample or drawing, the internal dimensions or insert layout, the material and color, your per-style quantity, and any certification your market requires (CE, RoHS, FCC supplied on request).
Where we draw the line. What this is not built for: paper-only packaging runs and very low volumes — box tooling carries a higher minimum than jewelry (this style: 500 pcs per style), and a complex insert usually needs a sample round before mass production.
