The JOX-012 jewelry organizer set is nine stackable velvet trays in one program: three 18-grid trays for earrings and studs, three 12-grid trays with wider cells for rings and pendants, two multifunction trays whose soft ring rolls and slotted rows take chains and bangles, and one open tray for statement pieces. The ivory velvet lining sits in rigid frames, so the trays stack cleanly and slide into dresser drawers.
Tray programs sell differently from boxes - they are bought by retailers as counter displays, by customers as drawer systems, and by brands as modular merchandising that grows piece by piece. One program therefore serves three channels without a second development.

From our production floor
How it is made. Boxes are built from a cutting die for the shell, then lined, stitched or flocked, and assembled. We own final assembly, QC and export, so a sample and a full order run through the same loop rather than changing hands between suppliers.
What we can customize. What we can customize: shell material (velvet, faux leather, wood, PVC), foam insert layout, logo print or foil, zipper pull and ribbon. Mixed materials are possible within one style.
What to send us. Send us a reference sample or drawing, the internal dimensions or insert layout, the material and color, your per-style quantity, and any certification your market requires (CE, RoHS, FCC supplied on request).
Where we draw the line. What this is not built for: paper-only packaging runs and very low volumes — box tooling carries a higher minimum than jewelry (this style: 500 pcs per style), and a complex insert usually needs a sample round before mass production.
