Travel-Friendly Jewelry Box (Viaggio collection) is a cylinder case wrapped in scale-embossed synthetic leather with a snap flap and a gold-tone ring-and-tassel charm. Unsnap it and the shell folds open into three cylindrical compartments (each about W 2.75 x H 2 in; the closed case measures W 3.3 x H 7.3 in), each lined in a contrasting velvet that cradles rings, studs and chains separately.
Three separate wells mean necklaces stay untangled and pieces are ready to swap - which is why the format works for Valentine's and holiday gifting, hotel retail and bridal-party gifts.
Shell color and embossing, lining color, hardware finish and logo (foil or deboss) are all customizable. Standard MOQ is 500 pieces per style per color; samples take about 15 days after artwork approval, bulk about 45 days.

How it is made. Boxes are built from a cutting die for the shell, then lined, stitched or flocked, and assembled. We own final assembly, QC and export, so a sample and a full order run through the same loop rather than changing hands between suppliers.
What we can customize. What we can customize: shell material (velvet, faux leather, wood, PVC), foam insert layout, logo print or foil, zipper pull and ribbon. Mixed materials are possible within one style.
What to send us. Send us a reference sample or drawing, the internal dimensions or insert layout, the material and color, your per-style quantity, and any certification your market requires (CE, RoHS, FCC supplied on request).
Where we draw the line. What this is not built for: paper-only packaging runs and very low volumes — box tooling carries a higher minimum than jewelry (this style: 500 pcs per style), and a complex insert usually needs a sample round before mass production.
