The JOX-027 jewelry organizer is a squarish case wrapped in plush purple velvet, closed by a gold-tone zip finished with a star charm. Inside, the fold-down lid panel is lined in cream: five ring rolls across the back, a small mirror notch, stud slots along the edge and a gathered pocket for drop pieces, while the zip-off lower tray divides into four deep slots.
Velvet travel cases carry a gifting bias - the plush shell photographs like a keepsake box, and the star-pull zip gives unboxing videos a signature moment that plain zips never deliver.

From our production floor
How it is made. Boxes are built from a cutting die for the shell, then lined, stitched or flocked, and assembled. We own final assembly, QC and export, so a sample and a full order run through the same loop rather than changing hands between suppliers.
What we can customize. What we can customize: shell material (velvet, faux leather, wood, PVC), foam insert layout, logo print or foil, zipper pull and ribbon. Mixed materials are possible within one style.
What to send us. Send us a reference sample or drawing, the internal dimensions or insert layout, the material and color, your per-style quantity, and any certification your market requires (CE, RoHS, FCC supplied on request).
Where we draw the line. What this is not built for: paper-only packaging runs and very low volumes — box tooling carries a higher minimum than jewelry (this style: 500 pcs per style), and a complex insert usually needs a sample round before mass production.
