The JOX-030 jewelry organizer is modelled on a vanity travel case: a black saffiano-texture shell with a top carry handle and twin gold turn-locks. The grey suede-look lid liner hangs six necklace hooks over a generous gathered pocket; a lift-out tray carries two ring-roll rows, divided cells and a hinged stud flap; and the deep base below takes watches, bracelets and bulkier pieces in its own divided layout.
The handle changes the use case - this is a case buyers pick up and carry, not just open on a dresser, which suits weekend-travel gift programs and keeps it competitive against stay-at-home boxes twice its size.

From our production floor
How it is made. Boxes are built from a cutting die for the shell, then lined, stitched or flocked, and assembled. We own final assembly, QC and export, so a sample and a full order run through the same loop rather than changing hands between suppliers.
What we can customize. What we can customize: shell material (velvet, faux leather, wood, PVC), foam insert layout, logo print or foil, zipper pull and ribbon. Mixed materials are possible within one style.
What to send us. Send us a reference sample or drawing, the internal dimensions or insert layout, the material and color, your per-style quantity, and any certification your market requires (CE, RoHS, FCC supplied on request).
Where we draw the line. What this is not built for: paper-only packaging runs and very low volumes — box tooling carries a higher minimum than jewelry (this style: 500 pcs per style), and a complex insert usually needs a sample round before mass production.
