The JOX-040 jewelry organizer is a four-tier case in smooth cream faux leather with neat stitch lines around the frame. The lid sets a clear glass window over the top tray - its blush ring-roll rows stay visible without opening anything - and two gold-tone clasp plates hold the case shut. Below, three drawers with gold bar handles slide out for the remaining layers.
The window changes how the case sells: rings show through the glass on a dresser or retail shelf, so the product merchandises itself even when closed.
We produce this case on our own line, MOQ is 500 pieces per style. From our production floor
How it is made. Boxes are built from a cutting die for the shell, then lined, stitched or flocked, and assembled. We own final assembly, QC and export, so a sample and a full order run through the same loop rather than changing hands between suppliers.
What we can customize. What we can customize: shell material (velvet, faux leather, wood, PVC), foam insert layout, logo print or foil, zipper pull and ribbon. Mixed materials are possible within one style.
What to send us. Send us a reference sample or drawing, the internal dimensions or insert layout, the material and color, your per-style quantity, and any certification your market requires (CE, RoHS, FCC supplied on request).
Where we draw the line. What this is not built for: paper-only packaging runs and very low volumes — box tooling carries a higher minimum than jewelry (this style: 500 pcs per style), and a complex insert usually needs a sample round before mass production.
