The JOX-010 jewelry organizer packs a full travel kit into a palm-sized square: a Saffiano-texture PU shell closed by a zip, a bar with snap loops that hangs two necklaces across the lid, an elastic pocket for drops and pendants, a velvet ring roll, divided cells for studs, and a mirror set into the lid interior. Colourways such as blush and mint are shown, and the small footprint drops into any handbag.
Mini zip cases are the volume engine of travel jewelry retail - they are giftable, they ship flat in quantity, and their surface takes branding cleanly, which makes them ideal first-run SKUs for testing a private-label line.

From our production floor
How it is made. Boxes are built from a cutting die for the shell, then lined, stitched or flocked, and assembled. We own final assembly, QC and export, so a sample and a full order run through the same loop rather than changing hands between suppliers.
What we can customize. What we can customize: shell material (velvet, faux leather, wood, PVC), foam insert layout, logo print or foil, zipper pull and ribbon. Mixed materials are possible within one style.
What to send us. Send us a reference sample or drawing, the internal dimensions or insert layout, the material and color, your per-style quantity, and any certification your market requires (CE, RoHS, FCC supplied on request).
Where we draw the line. What this is not built for: paper-only packaging runs and very low volumes — box tooling carries a higher minimum than jewelry (this style: 500 pcs per style), and a complex insert usually needs a sample round before mass production.
