The JOX-029 jewelry organizer folds like an envelope and unfolds into a full flat lay: a quilted soft-shell roll that opens to transparent PVC zip pockets for chunky pieces, a padded stud board for earrings, elastic loops that hold watch straps and bracelets flat, and a snap-tab row at the bottom that anchors necklaces by their clasps. A snap flap keeps the whole folder shut in transit.
Fabric rolls solve a problem hard cases cannot - they weigh almost nothing, conform to a packed suitcase, and hang or lie flat wherever there is room, which makes them the default pick for travel-retail and subscription-box programs.

From our production floor
How it is made. Boxes are built from a cutting die for the shell, then lined, stitched or flocked, and assembled. We own final assembly, QC and export, so a sample and a full order run through the same loop rather than changing hands between suppliers.
What we can customize. What we can customize: shell material (velvet, faux leather, wood, PVC), foam insert layout, logo print or foil, zipper pull and ribbon. Mixed materials are possible within one style.
What to send us. Send us a reference sample or drawing, the internal dimensions or insert layout, the material and color, your per-style quantity, and any certification your market requires (CE, RoHS, FCC supplied on request).
Where we draw the line. What this is not built for: paper-only packaging runs and very low volumes — box tooling carries a higher minimum than jewelry (this style: 500 pcs per style), and a complex insert usually needs a sample round before mass production.
