Interior Decoration Production Process

When the semi-finished products arrive at the top base packaging workshop, the workshop must check whether the materials are complete according to the bill of materials. If the accessories are complete and there is no shortage of materials, the production will be arranged. Before preparing for packaging, bamboo sticks, glue and materials must be prepared.

1. Packing method of inner top

The packaging methods for the top include flat top, concave top, and top connected fabric. The materials used include satin, pearl plant wool cloth, PU leather, and the glue includes powder glue, yellow glue, and white latex. Tools include brush and paintbrush. For flat top packaging, first apply yellow glue to the four edges of the card paper with a brush, and when the glue is half dry, stick the four edges of the fabric to the already glued card paper; when making a flat top, after wrapping one side, press the corner of the card paper with both hands, and then wrap the second side. The flat top wrapped in this way will not show any corners when cutting and will not wrinkle in the box, making it very flat.

2. Hot Stamping the Inner Top

Hot stamping is a finishing technology that uses a certain amount of pressure and temperature to stamp metal foil or pigment foil onto the surface of a material, commonly known as hot embossing. Hot stamping has a unique metallic luster and strong visual effect, making your decorative products look particularly luxurious and magnificent. The operation process generally includes the following contents: pre-hot stamping preparation → plate installation → pad setting → hot stamping process parameter determination → sample stamping → sample signing → formal hot stamping.
