Custom jewelry boxes are a supply-chain job too
Like our jewelry line, jewelry organizers and boxes are built through a coordinated network — not a single factory. FSC CRAFT owns the design, final assembly, QC and export while specialized shops handle cutting and component work.
1. Material sourcing
We start from the market: velvet, PU leather, acrylic, wood or paper-board are sourced to match your brand’s price and feel.
2. Dieline & tooling design
Our team designs the dieline (the flat template) and any custom inserts. Good tooling is what makes a box fold crisply and protect its contents.
3. Cutting
The dieline goes to specialized cutting workshops that produce shell pieces at consistent accuracy.
4. Sub-assembly at affiliated workshops
Semi-finished parts — hinges, trays, inserts, foam — are routed to affiliated workshops that focus on those components.
5. Final assembly (FSC CRAFT)
Everything returns to us for assembly: gluing, stitching, inserting trays, and branding. This is where we control the finish.
6. Quality inspection
We check alignment, closure, material defects and print quality before packing.
7. Packing & export

OEM & ODM options

Capacity & compliance
Boxes and organizers follow a different MOQ logic than jewelry. Custom jewelry boxes require a minimum of 500 pieces per single style and single color, and we do not accept sample or prototype orders below that threshold. The reason is structural: every box shape needs a custom cutting die (刀模), our material suppliers sell by volume so a tiny run can’t cover even the minimum material purchase, and our workshop partners won’t take an order that small. For stainless steel jewelry pieces, by contrast, our typical minimum is 100 pieces per design (lower-value items need a higher minimum).
