Frequently Asked Questions

Why are pendants the easiest category to private label?

Because the front face is flat, the tooling is a single die, and the chain can be swapped without touching the mould. A buyer can move from a stock shape to a branded piece without funding an entire production line.

Can the pendant carry a deep engraving?

Laser engraving reaches into the surface without removing metal, so the mark survives wear. Very deep carving needs a different process, and that changes the tooling, which is worth settling before the sample rather than after it.

What minimum applies to a pendant order?

100 pieces per design. A bespoke plating colour can raise it, and adding a stone or a clasp assembly moves the piece into a different production step with its own minimum and its own calendar.

What this means for your order

If you are still deciding, one thing decides this for you: cost and lead time turn on the file you supply: engraving detail, plating colour and whether the back needs finishing as well as the front. Everything else on a quote page is presentation.

Where this falls short not for you if you want stock pendants with only a logo added - that is a different order from a custom one.
